The APK does not install or open
- Check that the build matches your device. For BlueStacks / PC, use the PC / Android APK (Spotify build), in a BlueStacks 5 64-bit Pie or Android 13 instance. The Instagram build is not supported on PC.
- Download the file again if the download was interrupted.
- Check available storage, Android version, and the exact installation error.
- If it still fails, send those details to support.
The game or app is missing inside the VM
Installing on the phone’s main Android environment does not install the app inside the VM. Open a browser inside the VM, visit wyflac.com/1.html, and install the APK there. Install the game inside the same VM.
If Google Play Store is unavailable, check whether Google Services needs to be enabled in the VM settings. If a VM does not work on your phone, try the alternatives and installation videos in the Android setup guide. That setup needs at least 3 GB RAM.
The cloud phone responds slowly or behaves differently
Check the connection ping and the remote Android version. The existing cloud-phone guide recommends Android 7–10 and notes possible app limitations on Android 11–13. See the cloud compatibility note; this is separate from the BlueStacks version recommendation.
Make sure both the game and app were installed on the cloud phone, not on your local device. Include the provider, Android version, and exact issue when contacting support.
The app opens but does not respond
Check that the installed app’s accessibility service is enabled in Android settings. Return to the app after changing the setting. If the service is missing or does not stay enabled, send the app release and Android version to support.
The interface or input is not working correctly
- Check the resolution, orientation, DPI, and language in the matching setup guide.
- In BlueStacks, check Compatibility graphics engine mode where available.
- Try the other graphics renderer (DirectX or OpenGL), then restart the instance.
- If the problem continues, include a screenshot and your display settings when contacting support.
WWESC checks
Use 720 × 1280 portrait, DPI 240, English language, and Low graphics/image quality as listed in the setup guide.
For builds using the existing BlueStacks shortcuts, the backtick key toggles the app and Q opens its interface. These controls require accessibility permission. If they do not work, check permission and emulator keyboard mapping.
MSF checks
Use 1280 × 720 landscape, DPI 160 or 240, and English language as listed in the setup guide.
For builds using the existing BlueStacks controls, Volume Down starts the app action and Volume Up stops it. Check emulator hotkey mapping and accessibility permission if these controls do not respond.
